Waah Chai Private Limited seeks dedicated Café Staff to contribute to the daily operations at Mumbai Chai Cafe. Primary Duties

• Prepare food and beverages involving assembly tasks and basic cooking processes like frying, boiling, and heating.
• Provide customer service at the counter with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Monitor daily stock levels and wastage; perform consumption versus sales verification.
• Handle billing operations, including cash and digital transactions with accuracy.
• Engage in active upselling to boost café sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café and workstation areas.
• Collaborate with team members to support all café-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of at least 10th standard pass; candidates with lower qualifications may be considered if suitable.
• Basic proficiency in reading and understanding English.
• Effective communication skills for engaging confidently with customers.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to multitask, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Eligibility
