About the Role

We are seeking a diligent, accountable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team at Dreamy Drips. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities while ensuring the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve soft serve ice cream, shakes, and other menu items according to company quality standards.
• Operate and properly manage ice cream and soft-serve machines.
• Regularly and correctly clean the soft-serve machine and other related equipment.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness including cleaning tables, counters, floors, utensils, and all equipment throughout the day.
• Dispose immediately any food items that have been touched or consumed by customers to uphold hygiene.
• Keep the kitchen, serving, and storage areas well organized and clean.
• Adhere to proper food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Assist customers courteously and provide high-quality service.
• Contribute to other store operations and tasks as needed without hesitation.
• Follow directions given by the store manager or owner efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.

Working Conditions

• Four weekly off days per month.
• Shift schedules will be assigned by management.
• The role involves hands-on participation in cleaning, preparation, serving, and various store operations.
• Responsibilities may vary based on store needs.
