Cafe Staff

Overview

We are looking for dedicated Cafe Staff to assist in both kitchen and front-of-house duties, supporting smooth daily café functions. The role includes ensuring excellent service, maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and a hygienic environment while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food and beverages following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage taking customer orders, serving, billing, and ensuring tables and surrounding areas are tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counters, dining spaces, and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, grooming, and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing storage, rotating stock, and conducting inventory checks.
• Ensure correct portion sizes, attractive presentation, and consistency of products.
• Provide support to Barista, Kitchen Team, and Café Manager throughout service operations.
• Address customer queries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Work towards minimizing wastage by using ingredients and supplies appropriately.
• Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and operational instructions meticulously.

Additional Information

Salary range for this position is ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month. The role demands hands-on support in multiple areas of the café to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.
