About the Role

flyadeal invites motivated, guest-oriented, and safety-focused individuals to become part of our Cabin Crew team. In this role, you will be essential in safeguarding the security and comfort of our passengers while ensuring a professional and memorable experience on board. Your responsibilities will include upholding strict safety protocols, delivering outstanding customer care, and supporting efficient flight operations.

Primary Duties

• Guarantee passenger and crew safety throughout all flight phases.
• Provide superior customer service aligned with flyadeal's standards.
• Assist guests during boarding and disembarking processes warmly and efficiently.
• Conduct safety briefings and perform pre-flight safety inspections.
• Handle passenger inquiries and onboard situations in a professional manner.
• Manage preparation, service, and sales of food, drinks, and onboard retail items.
• Assist with aircraft turnaround activities including cabin cleaning and restocking.
• Collaborate closely with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck teams for smooth flight operations.
• Comply fully with flyadeal's policies, aviation regulations, and safety standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional skill development.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Minimum height requirement of 160 cm.
• Minimum arm reach of 212 cm when standing on tiptoes.
• Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided.
• Good physical fitness to safely execute Cabin Crew duties.
• Compliance with flyadeal's Body Mass Index criteria.
• Clearance through an aviation medical exam.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Possession of a valid passport with unrestricted travel eligibility to flyadeal destinations.
• Availability for shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnight assignments.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, tourism, luxury retail, healthcare, food service, or related guest-facing roles.
• Familiarity with fast-paced operational settings.
• Capability in managing customer queries and resolving issues.
• Additional language proficiencies are a plus.
• Experience collaborating with culturally diverse teams.
