About Etihad Cabin Crew Role
Become a member of Etihad's Cabin Crew team and establish an international aviation career based in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum height of 163 cm.
- Completed high school education (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Fluency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Maintain a professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, ambition, and a passion for a travel-centric career.
- Commitment to creating memorable, guest-focused service experiences.
Compensation & Career Growth
The position offers a tax-free monthly salary up to AED 10,000, supplemented by additional remuneration for flight hours and layovers based on your assigned schedule.
Career advancement opportunities include:
- Promotion from Economy to Business Class after approximately 12 months.
- Advancement from Business Class to Cabin Senior typically after 12 months.
- Progression from Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager generally within 24 months.
Exact advancement timelines will depend on individual performance and business requirements.
