Cabin Cleaning Agent

Role Purpose

This position involves performing turnaround cleaning for multiple airlines at Heathrow Airport across all terminals. You will be part of a sizable team assigned to ensure aircraft cabins are restored to impeccable cleanliness standards within the scheduled ground time. The role requires shift work with a rotation of 4 days on and 2 days off, including both early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning tools and equipment effectively to meet airline cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members, maintain punctuality, and adhere to instructions and feedback to complete cabin cleaning tasks timely.
• Follow training protocols including online e-learning modules and engage with company communications through IT systems.
• Maintain physical fitness to manage activities such as climbing aircraft steps, entering/exiting vehicles, and handling light equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Work safely within aircraft cabins and occasionally constrained spaces.
