Position Overview

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, a pioneer in luxury hospitality, is seeking a Butler to deliver a high-touch, personalized service experience. This role is the core of the Butler program, embodying luxury with elegant and creative service, acting as the lead representative to provide bespoke guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure.

Key Responsibilities

The Butler will coordinate with various departments including Butler Valets to ensure seamless guest support and satisfaction. The role requires proactively identifying guest needs, building strong rapport, and ensuring all operational backing departments are prepared to meet expectations. Physical involvement in duties is essential, including standing, walking, and handling items up to 50 pounds safely.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have completed at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent and possess a minimum of six months related experience in a comparable role. Supervisory responsibilities are not required, nor are specific licenses or certifications.
