Role Description

As a Butler, you will serve as the primary contact for guests during their stay, ensuring all needs are anticipated and met with precision. This position involves close coordination with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and spa teams to deliver an exceptional and seamless guest experience that reflects our commitment to luxury and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized and thoughtful service tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively, attending to even the smallest details.
• Coordinate with various departments such as housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and spa for smooth guest service delivery.
• Manage requests including dining reservations, special occasions, packing/unpacking, and customized experiences.
• Maintain the utmost discretion and handle guest information with integrity.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally, offering effective solutions.
• Adapt to flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest demands.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic about delivering luxury-level, individualized service.
• Preferably experienced in luxury hotels, private residences, or butler roles.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, discreet, and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capable multitasker able to manage multiple guest requirements efficiently.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with diverse departments.
• Emotionally intelligent, solution-focused, and poised under pressure.
