Job Overview

We seek a dependable and energetic Busser to ensure smooth dining operations at House of McGrath. The role involves maintaining cleanliness of the dining room, supporting servers during service hours, and acquiring foundational knowledge of fine hospitality from seasoned professionals. Prior fine dining experience is not essential, as many successful servers and bartenders begin their careers here, and we are committed to supporting your growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly clear and reset tables with fresh linens, glassware, and cutlery
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages and replenishing drinks
• Restock service stations and perform side duties throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining room, floors, and service areas at all times
• Contribute to opening and closing procedures and support the team during peak periods
• Adhere to health and safety protocols consistently during every shift

Qualifications and Skills

• Positive attitude with reliability and strong teamwork capabilities
• Detail-oriented with pride in completing tasks accurately
• Ability to stand, lift, and move swiftly in a busy environment
• Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not required
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
