About the Role
We are looking to hire a dependable Busser to support smooth operations at House of McGrath. This role involves clearing and resetting tables efficiently, assisting servers with food and beverage delivery, restocking service areas, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Primary Duties
- Clearing dirty dishes and wiping tables promptly, resetting them with fresh linens and silverware.
- Assisting servers by delivering food and drinks and replenishing beverages as required.
- Restocking service stations, sweeping floors, and completing necessary side tasks during shifts.
- Helping with opening and closing responsibilities and providing support during busy periods.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met, keeping the dining area tidy at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- At least six months experience in bussing, hosting, or a similar restaurant support position.
- Physical stamina suitable for standing, lifting, and working quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong cooperative spirit and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
