Role Overview

The Busser position plays a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by supporting the servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, keeping service areas stocked, and contributing to a warm and inviting ambiance for diners.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables during service quietly to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with beverage refills and bread service as instructed.
• Keep stations and side stands stocked with necessary glassware, silverware, and linens.
• Polish glassware and silverware to meet restaurant standards.
• Support food runners with meal deliveries as needed.
• Complete assigned sidework during opening, running, and closing shifts.
• Stay attentive to guest needs and communicate promptly with service staff.
• Work cooperatively with all front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service.
