Role Overview

The role of Business Studies Teacher involves delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction in Business and related fields to middle and/or high school students on a full-time, in-person basis in Sharjah Emirate, UAE. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and offering constructive feedback. The teacher will create lesson plans, design instructional materials, and develop assessments consistent with the curriculum and educational best practices while integrating practical business and economic insights.

Daily Duties

• Manage classroom conduct effectively and support students with varied learning needs.
• Keep accurate academic and behavioral records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Business and Economics with the capacity to relate theory to practical examples.
• Skilled in educational planning, curriculum delivery, and designing assessments.
• Excellent communication abilities to clarify complex concepts to a diverse student body.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Education, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Teaching certification or license; experience with American or international curricula is preferred.
• Proven track record of teaching Business Studies or related subjects at the middle or high school level.
• Proficiency with educational technology and digital teaching platforms.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills paired with a focus on inclusive, student-centered instruction.
