Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager to become part of a significant strategic transformation initiative. This position is well-suited for professionals with a strong foundation in strategy consulting, operating model development, financial modeling, and investment strategy who thrive on working closely with senior leadership and driving strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of strategies and the design of operating models.
• Create and supervise financial models and investment business cases.
• Convert complex analytical insights into clear and practical recommendations.
• Develop executive-level presentations and facilitate workshops with leadership teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships, engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor a team of consultants to ensure delivery of high-quality results.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 8 to 13 years of professional experience with a top-tier (Tier-1) strategy consulting firm, a Big Four strategy division, or within a corporate strategy department.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic development, operating model design, and constructing investment cases.
• Outstanding skills in data analysis, presentation preparation, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
• Preference is given to Saudi nationals.
• Available to work full-time onsite (outside Riyadh) Sunday through Thursday.
• Experience within the higher education sector, specifically with university investment bodies or endowment funds, is considered a significant advantage.
