Job description
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The position requires a Business Planning Analyst with considerable expertise in areas including business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting. The candidate should deeply understand developing business objectives and performance indicators. Experience in sectors such as oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, food, or feed industries is essential.
Proficiency in SAP for planning and reporting, alongside strong skills in board and executive-level reporting, including creating graphics and dashboards, is necessary. The role also demands excellent abilities using Microsoft Windows and presentation software, as well as solid expertise in designing procedures and developing templates.
Additional competence in Total Quality Management (TQM) and auditing processes is expected. The analyst should also be adept at constructing performance databases for corporate functions.
General Requirements
- Substantial experience in industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, or similar project-related environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on capability relevant to a business planning analyst role.
- Local availability to work on-site in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
