Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day business operations related to Tower’s trading activities, coordinating with teams across Core Engineering, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Risk departments.
• Drive expansion of Tower's involvement with various cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity sources.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with crypto exchanges, brokers, lenders, and custodians, including participation in liquidity initiatives.
• Lead execution of strategic business priorities, conduct analysis on market developments and competitive trends.
• Organize and maintain essential administrative records to support trading functions.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by senior management and business leaders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience within financial institutions, specifically with knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Familiarity with crypto market structures including commodity and equity perpetual contracts.
• Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
• Interest in systematic trading concepts and trading technology.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Coding skills and experience automating routine processes are advantageous but not mandatory.
