  • Lead routine business performance reviews, providing thorough analysis, commentary, and strategic advice to support leadership decisions.
  • Undertake deep analysis focused on clients, sectors, products, and vital strategic initiatives to uncover trends, opportunities, and commercial insights.
  • Steer the KBO AI and automation strategy by identifying use cases, leading implementation of AI solutions, enhancing reporting, and advancing productivity through automation.
  • Assist with client-centric programs, events, and strategic initiatives, working closely with BD teams for successful planning and outcome evaluation.
  • Coordinate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, availability, and reliability for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership concerning business performance, emerging trends, risks, and potential opportunities across the cluster.
  • Support the Head of Business Planning & Operations in advancing commercial effectiveness, strategic planning, operational excellence, and critical business objectives within the KBO sub-region.
