Business Development Specialist

Overview

This role involves extensive analysis and business growth activities within Pakistan's live streaming sector. The specialist will conduct comprehensive market research, engage with prominent agencies to grow platform revenue, and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance regional management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed research into Pakistan's local live streaming market, covering competitors, policies, bonus trends, and revenue models.
• Initiate and manage negotiations with potential major agencies, effectively showcasing platform benefits to recruit premium large agencies and boost platform earnings.
• Coordinate efforts with agency management and user operations teams, aligning market resource data and partner activities to help refine regional agency administration and localized operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Urdu and English for professional communication and business negotiations; proficiency in Bengali is an asset.
• Experience in live streaming, market expansion, or business development sectors is preferred.
• Strong market insight and business judgment with the ability to rapidly identify local market resources and business openings in Pakistan.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, driven by results and capable of achieving market growth and business targets autonomously.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and a high level of responsibility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for business advancement.

Working Schedule

The workweek is Monday through Thursday onsite and Friday as work from home.
