Kenilverse is recruiting for two Business Development Executives focused on the U.S. market. This role requires professionals with extensive experience in outbound sales, specifically targeting CPA and accounting firms in the United States. The goal is to engage decision-makers through cold outreach and secure qualified business meetings.

Role Details

• Location: Delhi, India (applicants must be Delhi-based)
• Working Model: Hybrid
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
• Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
• Vacancies: 2

Responsibilities

• Conduct 150 to 200 outbound cold calls daily to U.S.-based CPA and accounting firms.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research prospects and execute outreach activities.
• Establish connections with key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Secure qualified meetings to advance business development objectives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up routines and handle objections effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of practical cold-calling experience focused on the U.S. market.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sales prospecting.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Discipline in follow-up activities and adeptness at objection handling.
• Immediate availability to commence employment.
