Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Initiate and qualify new business leads proactively through channels like cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound strategies.
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations to comprehend client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation approaches.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Keep detailed and current documentation within the CRM system.
- Represent cleversoft at various industry events, networking sessions, and virtual conventions as required.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ proven success in B2B sales, ideally in a hunter-oriented position.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Fluency in both German and English in written and spoken forms is mandatory.
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in Unit-Linked Insurance Business and/or Asset Management/ Fonds Markets with familiarity with relevant financial regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Strong self-drive, competitiveness, and results orientation.
- Comfortable performing outbound sales and cold outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate knowledge, take constructive feedback, and manage workload efficiently.
