About the Role
Join Glenigan powered by Hubexo as a Business Development Representative based in Bournemouth or London with a hybrid working model. You will learn how to conduct B2B sales conversations effectively within the construction sector. This role focuses on initiating contact with construction businesses to explore upcoming projects and market opportunities, supporting their future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research target organizations and identify relevant contacts.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to discover new prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development Managers.
- Accurately log activities and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
- Incorporate feedback to continually enhance conversation quality.
Candidate Profile
We welcome candidates with previous experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement, as well as those beginning their career in B2B sales. Essential qualities include confidence in cold outreach, resilience, curiosity, excellent organizational skills, motivation to improve, and comfort with measurable targets. Experience in SaaS, construction, or prior BDR roles is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Growth
