About the Role
Join a leading technology company at the forefront of the automotive sector based in London. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite and two days remote. This permanent position offers a basic salary of 38,000 complemented by 22,000 in bonuses, totalling an on-target earning potential of 60,000 annually. The working week consists of 37.5 hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Making proactive outbound calls to potential business clients
- Identifying and screening new sales prospects
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with important decision-makers
- Scheduling quality appointments to support the broader sales team
- Maintaining accurate client data and updates within the CRM system
- Meeting individual and collective sales goals and targets
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in roles such as outbound sales, appointment setting, Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
- Strong, confident communication and professionalism
- Resilient, motivated, and driven by targets
- Excellent skills in building long-term professional relationships
- Motivation to pursue and grow a sustainable sales career
