Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) passionate about sales and relationship building to drive our growth. You will serve as the initial contact point engaging HR leaders, generating and qualifying sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients and key decision makers within targeted organizations.
- Initiate outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to spark interest and qualify leads.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives by effectively conveying McLean & Company's value propositions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate updates in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to adjust messaging, share field insights, and support campaigns.
- Keep abreast of industry changes and company offerings to customize outreach.
Candidate Profile
- Post-secondary education or comparable experience in sales, marketing, or business disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Resilient and target-driven with enthusiasm for networking and building relationships.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, metrics-focused environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Previous B2B sales or client-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
