Role Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers through various platforms including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and databases to generate a solid prospect list.
- Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and cultivate interest.
- Qualify leads by assessing their alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile, including exploration of their needs, challenges, and budgets.
- Set up meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives by engaging qualified leads and conveying the company’s value proposition.
- Maintain precise and current records of lead management and outreach activities within the CRM system.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects through timely follow-ups to convert leads.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Directors to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads and share key insights.
- Conduct follow-up communications to build and sustain relationships with prospects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize company positioning and address customer challenges.
- Constantly refine outreach strategies and messaging by applying feedback and analyzing performance metrics to meet sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales development within a B2B environment.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating written communication up to C-Level executives.
- Positive mindset with determination, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven to achieve targets while also able to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
