Our growing team of 1,500 employees supports more than 15,000 customers and their 1.5 million users. Join us and make an impactful contribution from your very first day.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position, based in Dublin, requires attendance at the office three days weekly. As an essential member of our UK & Ireland team, you'll initiate contact with promising regional companies. No prior sales experience is necessary; enthusiasm to learn, excellent communication ability, and a results-driven attitude are what we require. We will equip you with comprehensive training, mentorship, and continuous support to enable your rapid progression.

Your core activities will include researching target companies, crafting personalized outreach, and engaging decision makers to introduce Personio's cutting-edge HR platform. You’ll build vital business competencies, gain insight into SaaS and HR technologies, and collaborate with like-minded driven colleagues. Your ideas will be appreciated, your advancement will be championed, and your work will genuinely matter at Personio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to strategic medium and mid-market clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to meet monthly qualification and pipeline goals.
  • Navigate through common sales objections to facilitate progression of potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision makers to qualify potential benefits and determine alignment with organizational needs.
  • Establish a sales pipeline and foster opportunities for Account Executives within the team.
  • Conduct in-depth account and sector research to maintain and organize a yearly portfolio of business.
  • Maintain expertise in the latest HR technology trends and solutions.
  • Design and implement multi-channel communication strategies targeting different decision makers within prospective accounts.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent proficiency in English (C1 level), with Irish language skills considered a bonus.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, especially in B2B SaaS scale-ups or early-stage companies, preferred.
  • Demonstrate competitiveness, curiosity, resilience, and drive suitable for fast-paced sales environments.
  • Exhibit proactive attitude, excellent communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with confidence in managing objections and leading conversations.
  • Business acumen and comfort communicating with C-suite executives are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Exposure to workforce management, HR technology, or cloud-based solutions is beneficial.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance personal workflow, with discernment to balance automation and manual intervention.

Working Environment and Benefits

Personio is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated. We encourage applications regardless of gender, civil or family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, education, or race. The role combines in-office collaboration (3 days per week) and remote flexibility, with an additional 20 flexible remote working days annually.

  • Annual competitive compensation package including salary, benefits, and pre-IPO equity, regularly reviewed.
  • 28 days paid holiday entitlement, increasing by one day after 2 and 4 years of service.
  • Opportunity to contribute to environmental and societal projects with one fully paid Impact Day annually.
  • Generous family leave, child support, mental health resources, and sabbatical options.
  • Engagement in cultural and social events, including meals, local summer sessions, year-end parties, and weekly catered lunches.
  • Provision of healthy snacks and beverages in the office.
