Amidst expansion, this opportunity serves to generate a sales pipeline vital for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified sales prospects that emphasizes fit quality over quantity in meeting bookings.
- Conduct thorough research on target organizations, leveraging news such as press releases and leadership changes, to detect genuine need prior to outreach.
- Execute consistent outbound campaigns utilizing emails, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up calls to engage communication, marketing, and PR leaders across enterprise accounts, SMBs, agencies, associations, governmental, and nonprofit sectors.
- Assess inbound and self-sourced leads based on clear criteria including need, timing, budget, and decisional authority, asking focused questions during meetings to prepare account executives effectively.

- Acquire detailed knowledge of the product portfolio and market landscape to customize pitches, highlight competitive advantages, and confidently handle objections.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer service, and product teams by joining product demonstrations, compiling campaign lists, and sharing client feedback.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven track record in achieving or surpassing outbound activity and opportunity generation targets.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in business or sales development roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS sector, or equivalent education and relevant professional exposure.
- Effective meeting generation through a combination of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Natural and confident verbal communication skills enabling clear articulation of service benefits, problem identification, and querying without reliance on a rigid script.
- Excellent self-management and organizational capabilities demonstrated through disciplined handling of daily tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging with professionals in public relations, marketing, or communications, or media industry experience.
- Proficiency in French communication, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo tools.
Compensation and Advancement
Compensation includes a competitive base salary for meeting scheduling, bonuses for generating qualified opportunities, plus revenue sharing upon closing of deals. Successful representatives may advance swiftly to account executive roles through demonstrated performance.
