About the Role
This position is open to candidates based in Canada. SiteDocs, a division of GoCanvas, specializes in digital safety management software trusted across industries such as construction, engineering, infrastructure, and logistics. It is recognized as a top EHS platform, enhancing compliance and real-time field visibility.
SiteDocs belongs to the Nemetschek Group, a publicly traded European software conglomerate with multiple specialized brands serving the broader AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) market.
Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be the primary contact for prospects, responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales process by building strong relationships and qualifying leads effectively. Your contributions directly affect revenue growth and new client acquisition.
Key Performance Goals
- Achieve $180,000 annual revenue generation
- Create three new qualified sales opportunities weekly
- Conduct five product demonstrations each week
- Make 60 calls daily to potential clients
- Provide comprehensive qualification insights and notes to Sales Executives
- Deliver value-focused communications aligned with company mission and goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or relevant roles
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills with ability to teach and present complex concepts
- Comfortable using devices such as iPads, tablets, and smartphones
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with software platforms or a quick aptitude to learn new applications
- Prior experience in sales is essential
- Safety industry credentials or experience considered an advantage
