Role Overview
We seek a Business Development Manager responsible for fueling our continued growth by cultivating substantial new business within a designated geographic area. Your role includes proactive lead generation, building enduring strategic partnerships, managing a robust sales pipeline, and orchestrating major contract negotiations to close new deals with integrity and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and develop new business opportunities alongside managing those generated by the company.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships throughout their lifecycle.
- Forge long-term strategic partnerships that positively impact company profitability.
- Consistently generate self-driven leads via cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Oversee prospects and current clients, handling contractual negotiations effectively to meet targets and secure margins.
- Devise and implement a sales plan that meets or surpasses assigned sales objectives and aligns with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, CRM data, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure adequate lead generation and proactively plan marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated success in B2B business development roles; sector experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze and interpret KPI metrics relevant to sales performance.
- Proven skills in sales strategy development and executing business development initiatives from planning through to completion.
- Strong written communication abilities, particularly in drafting proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills enabling effective prioritization of a demanding workload.
- Capacity to innovate and find creative solutions while understanding the wider organizational impact.

Salary
The annual salary range for this position is 45,000 to 60,000 EUR.
