Key Responsibilities

• Engage in direct meetings with prospective clients including high net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and business proprietors in Pune to acquire new business.
• Identify, approach, and enlist Chartered Accountants (CAs), Financial Consultants, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) as partners to enhance referral networks.
• Organize and update sales pipelines, partner contacts, and client databases utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.

Candidate Profile and Educational Requirements

• Possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or related fields such as B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA in Finance.
• Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills, including proficiency in professional email composition.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including data management and basic functions) and Microsoft Word.
• Must own a personal two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license and be ready to travel to conduct client meetings.
• Show confidence, proactiveness, goal orientation, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Salary

The monthly salary range offered is from 25,000 to 52,000 INR.
