Job description
Profile Overview
You thrive on engaging new contacts and initiating conversations with ease, viewing objections not as barriers but as gateways to dialogue. You have a natural curiosity and excel at nurturing relationships where trust is cultivated gradually. This role involves interacting with high-level stakeholders such as CEOs, Founders, Business Owners, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Marketing Managers to build connections facilitating new opportunities for the company.
Role Insight
Your primary responsibility is not to close deals but to open doors by initiating and fostering meaningful conversations. Success here is measured by creating valuable discussions rather than immediate sales closures. You will collaborate closely with strategists, specialists, and leadership to convert these opportunities into sustained client partnerships, embracing teamwork as key to winning clients.
Key Attributes and Skills
- Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication capabilities
- Proactive in initiating phone conversations
- Strong writing skills
- Proficient use of CRM tools and consistent follow-up discipline
- Resilience, inquisitiveness, and motivated to achieve results
Experience and Background
We prioritize attitude, effort, and results over years of experience. Candidates from diverse fields such as business development, media sales, recruitment, technology, or professional services are welcome, provided they demonstrate an ability to generate opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary with superannuation and performance-related bonuses. Compensation packages will be tailored based on experience, rewarding those who secure qualified meetings and contribute to new business wins.
