Join Vk Precious Private Limited as a Business Development Manager based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role is focused entirely on field sales, requiring extensive market visits and direct customer engagement to grow our presence in the jewelry sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform full-time field sales activities and engage in daily visits to targeted market locations.
• Identify and onboard new customers including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and business partners through direct visits, thorough market research, networking, and below-the-line (BTL) promotional methods.
• Promote company offerings, raise brand recognition, generate sales leads, and explore fresh business avenues.
• Conduct meetings with customers, deliver product demonstrations, manage negotiations, follow up persistently, and finalize business deals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and broaden the geographic and customer base within designated territories.
• Establish and nurture healthy business relationships with both new prospects and existing clientele.
• Organize and implement BTL campaigns, retailer and dealer meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, trade events, local marketing activities, and in-store promotions.
• Oversee promotional campaigns, support branding efforts, liaise with vendors, and ensure successful event management.
• Track competitor moves, analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and evolving customer preferences to inform sales tactics.
• Maintain detailed records of field visits, sales outcomes, leads generated, customer contacts, and BTL event activities daily.

Additional Details

Salary offered ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 INR monthly.
