Role Overview
We are recruiting a driven Business Development Manager or Account Executive with a proactive hunter mentality. The position focuses on securing new business from small and medium enterprises and mid-sized companies across the UAE. The key responsibilities include developing a robust sales pipeline and consistently surpassing revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from lead sourcing to product demonstration, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Generate business opportunities via cold calls, LinkedIn campaigns, emails, and networking events.
- Engage directly with founders, finance departments, and business owners.
- Execute a swift, straightforward sales approach to convert leads rapidly.
- Continuously refine communication strategies and go-to-market tactics.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and leadership to optimize sales methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 6 years of professional experience in outbound sales, SDR, or junior account executive roles.
- Proven ability in cold calling and proactive lead generation.
- Demonstrated success building pipelines from the ground up.
- Experience targeting SMEs or mid-market clients.
- High motivation, urgency, and a bias towards action.
- Background in HR SaaS, payroll solutions, fintech, or B2B SaaS geared towards SMBs is highly advantageous.
- Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Capability to close deals quickly without unnecessary complexity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are clear, persuasive, and professional.
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial; Hindi or Urdu knowledge is a plus.
