Business Development Manager - Facilities Management

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead business growth efforts in Dubai's Facilities Management sector for a leading provider of smart and sustainable FM solutions in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Pinpoint, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the Facilities Management industry across the UAE.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and market networking.
• Formulate focused strategies for business development and client account expansion.
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and potential partners.
• Conduct client engagement activities including meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support proposal and tender preparation, reviewing scopes of work, KPIs, pricing, and client expectations.

Candidate Qualifications

• University degree mandatory; MBA or advanced business education preferred.
• At least five years of business development or sales experience, ideally in UAE's Facilities Management arena.
• Comprehensive understanding of Integrated Facilities Management as well as Hard and Soft FM services.
• Proven expertise in sales processes, marketing, tendering, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Strong grasp of contract management, commercial terms, and client needs.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality FM or guest services is highly desirable.
• Capability in CRM utilization, pipeline oversight, forecasting, and account management.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated financial insight and commercially driven mindset with a customer-centric focus.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Professional certifications relevant to Facilities Management will be considered an advantage.
