YIBI Hantang acts as a strategic platform focused on brand growth and partnerships, assisting international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands to explore markets in China and nearby regions. Our approach integrates market evaluation, brand strategy, category development, partnerships, localization, and deliberate scaling.
Role Overview
We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager located in Singapore who can identify and cultivate relationships with international brands and regional partners. Ideal candidates will have expertise in cross-border business development, familiarity with international consumer brands, regional market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source promising international brands across fashion, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.
- Establish and nurture connections with company founders, executives, regional teams, and commercial stakeholders.
- Assess potential opportunities for growth in the China and APAC markets.
- Support initial discussions for business and partnerships.
- Recognize suitable opportunities for market entry and category development.
- Perform basic analyses of markets and competitors.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential international brand collaborators.
- Assist with selected growth projects involving cross-border expansion.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Background in business development, international business, partnerships, account management, or commercial growth.
- Preferred experience with fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, retail, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong skills in relationship building and commercial acumen.
- Valued experience working across multiple geographic markets.
- Proficient professional-level English communication abilities.
