Business Development Manager (BDM)

Overview

Chahar Heat And Cool Solutions is seeking an energetic and well-connected Business Development Executive specializing in field sales to expand its B2B network in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The focus will be on promoting services related to hotel bookings, transport logistics, and renting commercial event equipment such as air coolers, heaters, barricades, and queue managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits through Udaipur to connect with key hotel decision-makers including General Managers and purchase managers, as well as destination wedding planners.
• Effectively pitch our logistics and event rental services to secure long-term contracts.
• Establish and nurture strong collaborations with local event vendors, tent houses, and hospitality sector professionals to ensure a steady flow of potential leads.
• Complete sales transactions, manage basic negotiations, and consistently achieve monthly revenue goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, hospitality, or event coordination; smart freshers with exceptional communication skills and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
• Have a good knowledge of the hotel and tourism market in Udaipur.
• Own a personal two-wheeler vehicle for day-to-day local travel.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation abilities with fluency in Hindi and basic spoken English.

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive a fixed monthly salary between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 based on prior experience and network.
