Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated Business Development Manager to become part of our agile sales team. This role emphasizes proactively acquiring new clients and driving strategic expansion within the commercial enterprise sector. The candidate will utilize a consultative sales methodology to foster enduring partnerships and craft bespoke solutions. High autonomy and administrative self-management are expected, with support accessible from the broader team. Success is incentivized with a generous uncapped commission plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and capture new business prospects, targeting commercial enterprise customers
• Develop and nurture robust client relationships through consultative engagement
• Successfully manage Request for Proposal (RfX) processes to achieve sales objectives
• Work closely with technical experts to develop customized managed security service offerings
• Handle sales-related paperwork, including contracts, proposals, and sales reports

Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrated success in selling IT managed services or SaaS products, preferably with cybersecurity expertise
• Proven aptitude in new client acquisition and solution-focused consultative selling
• Experience engaging and selling to large commercial enterprises
• Strong relationship management and influence over key decision-makers
• Proactive, adaptable professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced, small team setting
