The company is expanding its team in Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region, seeking a self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales activities and contribute strategically to the growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish a strong sales pipeline across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Lead impactful sales presentations, deliver capability demonstrations, and develop compelling proposals and tenders for innovative learning technology solutions.
• Manage major regional accounts by cultivating lasting relationships with clients across all organizational levels.
• Support partner networks through presentations and spearhead local marketing initiatives like conferences and events in line with global strategies.
• Provide clients with foundational training on company products and ensure CRM data accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five years’ experience in Technology Sales, Business Development, or Software Consulting.
• Experience or knowledge in Learning Management Systems, HR software, e-learning, digital content, or knowledge management platforms is highly advantageous.
• Proactive and independent working ethic combined with a dependable, can-do mindset.
• Ability to quickly understand customer HR processes and align them effectively with technological solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
