About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join Supro Info Solutions Pvt Ltd at our Ajmer, Rajasthan location. The role involves recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of advisers to generate business and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard advisers to expand the sales team.
- Drive business growth through effective management of advisers.
- Lead the advisory team by providing motivation and direction to achieve sales goals.
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to develop advisers' skills.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Age between 21 and 42 years.
Compensation and Terms
The compensation package includes a fixed annual salary of INR 345,000 along with performance-based incentives.
