Urbanbuild Homes, a Bangalore-based design-build construction firm managing every aspect of home construction from initial sketch to final delivery, is inviting applications for a Business Development (Sales) internship. Working alongside our seasoned sales team, interns will develop skills in sales management, spoken English communication, email marketing, and digital marketing within a dynamic environment focused on construction and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support identification and pursuit of new business prospects
- Conduct market research to discover potential clients and business alliances
- Work with sales team to formulate and implement effective sales tactics
- Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals
- Manage email marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement
- Help design and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Support customer relationship maintenance ensuring satisfaction
