Overview
Join Polygon Geospatial as a Business Development (Sales) Intern to enhance your professional communication skills by supporting outreach initiatives and contributing to sales and marketing efforts. This role involves maintaining contact records and aiding in lead follow-ups to foster consistent communication with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential organizations and contacts, maintaining organized and accurate records for the business development team.
- Compose and tailor introductory and follow-up emails employing clear and professional written English in line with approved messaging.
- Assist in scheduling outreach campaigns and monitor responses, follow-ups, and engagement using shared tracking systems.
- Contribute to social media strategy by drafting posts, organizing the content calendar, and overseeing interaction through comments and messages.
- Support digital marketing activities by evaluating campaign performance and summarizing engagement metrics.
- Prepare brief notes and relevant materials for conversations with prospects and assist in organizing information post meetings.
- Engage with contacts through phone or online communication when appropriate, using confident spoken English and escalating inquiries to team members as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
