Their services are held to the highest international standards concerning data protection, quality control, and environmental compliance, ensuring consistent year-round reliability for client organizations.

Role Summary

In this position, reporting directly to the senior leaders, you will be responsible for driving the company’s growth across the Canterbury region. This role involves a significant degree of autonomy and demands an energetic, solution-driven sales approach. You will navigate complex public sector procurement frameworks, oversee the complete tender submission process, and secure long-term, high-value commercial partnership agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the public sector and private sector presence by proactively identifying and securing significant service contracts.
  • Lead the preparation and management of complex tender submissions by collaborating with the service delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
  • Oversee strategic account relationships, including managing service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring accurate commercial pricing, and conducting high-level financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM daily to ensure accurate data, pipeline tracking, and campaign documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable experience in selling B2B services, professional services, or technological solutions directly into New Zealand markets, with particular knowledge of complex procurement processes and an active network within Christchurch.
  • Proven success in managing multi-faceted B2B sales cycles, handling RFPs and tenders, and negotiating strategic master agreements at senior levels.
  • Highly self-driven, results-focused professional with ambition to grow the assigned territory and career progression aligned with company growth.
  • Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable operating under strict regulatory frameworks including data security, quality, and health and safety compliance standards.
  • Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification such as Commerce or Business or equivalent relevant industry experience. Applicants must also be able to pass a clear Criminal History Check and be willing to travel within New Zealand.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive base salary of NZD 100,000 plus an attractive uncapped commission scheme.
  • Flexible hybrid work model combining remote work with client-facing visits within the local region.
  • Join a company culture rooted in diversity, integrity, innovation, and a commitment to positive global impact.
  • Play a strategic role contributing to both short-term and long-term organisational planning as a valued member of the senior sales leadership team.
