Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Wakad (Pune/Pimpri) calls for Business Development Executives (BDE) who will play a pivotal role in expanding revenue by acquiring clients, employing consultative sales methods, managing relationships, and undertaking strategic outreach to senior industry figures. The role requires close collaboration with editorial and marketing teams to guarantee effective client campaign and magazine feature implementation. Meeting sales goals and executing strategies to broaden the client portfolio and market impact will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or tele-sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.
- Confidence in engaging with CXOs, founders, and other top executives.
- A determined, target-oriented mindset focused on professional growth.
- Strong skills in follow-up processes and managing client relationships effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be graduates proficient in English communication and familiar with basic MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Candidates with between 6 months to 1 year experience in sales or business development are preferred.
- Recently graduated Bachelor of Business Administration students are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates without prior experience are welcome as well.
