Job Overview

This opportunity is offered in partnership with e2i and focuses on building and nurturing strong connections with both clients and candidates to fulfill recruitment needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
• Analyze job descriptions to accurately shortlist and attract quality candidates.
• Proactively source and headhunt to identify the right talents and candidates.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and coordinate interview processes with clients to deliver comprehensive recruitment services.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Participate in comprehensive training covering end-to-end recruitment activities including business development, client relations, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and successful placements.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between SGD 2300 and SGD 2600, inclusive of commissions.
