About the Role
Fine Global HR, a licensed overseas recruitment agency operating since 2008, is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join their Kochi head office. This position welcomes fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in telephonic communication with overseas employers and clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Coordinate effectively between clients and the internal team to manage hiring requirements.
- Maintain consistent follow-up on leads, interview scheduling, and candidate placements to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Any graduate degree is acceptable; however, qualifications such as an MBA or BBA are preferred.
- Proficient communication skills in English with confidence and organizational capabilities.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the recruitment domain.
