Overview
Kelco Communications is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join their expanding team in Limerick. This role involves partnering with Vodafone, a top global telecom provider, to assist small and medium enterprises in maintaining their connectivity and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities within the SME sector
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with new and current clients
- Comprehend client requirements to propose customized Vodafone products and services
- Showcase and explain a broad range of offerings including mobile, broadband, and IoT solutions
- Handle the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
- Consistently achieve and surpass set sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service standards throughout interactions
- Work closely with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service implementation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor movements
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales; telecom background is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driven by results and success-oriented mindset
- Ability to establish trust and sustain long-term customer relationships
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
- Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite
- Possession of a full, clean Irish driving license is essential
Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings exceeding €60,000, including a base salary of €35,000 to €37,000 plus uncapped commission
- Performance-based quarterly bonus totaling €4,000 annually
