Futurism Technologies, INC. is an IT services and software development company based in Pune, Maharashtra. This opportunity is for a Business Development Executive position located in Baner, Pune, working onsite.

Job Details

• Work hours: Night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday
• Experience range: 0 to 6 years
• Educational qualification: Any graduate degree; MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (150-200 per day) to clients located in the United States
• Generate and qualify sales leads within the IT sector
• Understand client requirements and effectively present relevant company services
• Arrange meetings and demonstrations for the senior sales team
• Maintain and update CRM records along with following up on potential clients
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in US IT sales or cold calling is essential
• Fluent English communication abilities
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Capability to work during US shift hours
• Basic familiarity with IT services, preferably in digital marketing, cybersecurity, IT services, or e-commerce domains
