About the Role

Write Right Engineers Authority is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, in-office role focuses on expanding our client base specifically for LinkedIn Authority Services. The ideal candidate will excel at networking, consultative selling, and building professional relationships with high-level executives such as founders, CXOs, entrepreneurs, and consultants who aim to establish themselves as thought leaders on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients including founders, CXOs, entrepreneurs, consultants, investors, and senior professionals across various industries.
  • Perform outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other professional channels to introduce our LinkedIn Authority Services.
  • Gain a clear understanding of the prospect’s business goals, target audience, and personal branding objectives to tailor service offerings effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on their business requirements, decision-making capabilities, and readiness to engage.
  • Arrange discovery meetings between qualified leads and senior consultants in the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Keep precise records of leads, client interactions, follow-up appointments, and sales progress using CRM and internal tracking tools.
  • Conduct background research on prospects, their businesses, industries, and LinkedIn presence to enable meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate with strategy and content teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Monitor outreach effectiveness, meetings scheduled, pipeline development, and conversion rates and provide weekly performance reports to management.
  • Stay abreast of LinkedIn trends, executive branding, thought leadership strategies, and B2B marketing developments to articulate our offerings convincingly.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales, client acquisition, or relationship management.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, and outreach platforms.
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn consultative selling and personal branding techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation or B2B prospecting.
  • Background in digital marketing, content marketing, branding, or experience with sales in agency environments.
  • Know-how of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools.
  • Understanding of personal branding, executive positioning, or thought leadership is a plus.
