Role Overview

This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday through Friday, based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

• Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities to foster growth and broaden market reach.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new client partnerships.
• Perform market research to analyze trends, competitor moves, and potential expansion possibilities.
• Create and present persuasive presentations to potential clients that highlight our products and services.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with client needs.
• Use Salesforce to keep track of sales pipelines, monitor client interactions, and generate performance reports.
• Negotiate client contracts and agreements to secure beneficial deals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote offerings and establish professional networks.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a basic salary of A328,000 plus uncapped commission, with some staff earning commissions reaching up to A39,000 monthly. The role offers excellent benefits and significant growth opportunities within the company.
