Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

About the Role

Algora Systems specializes in business software solutions including HRMS, payroll, CRM, POS and billing, inventory, ERP, along with custom websites and mobile applications tailored to support the growth of Indian small and medium-sized businesses. We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to initiate contact with SMB owners across India and drive new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in cold calling and email outreach using provided lead lists to connect with Indian SMB owners.
• Understand and assess the business challenges of prospects to qualify leads effectively.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the solutions team to present our offerings.
• Conduct follow-ups through WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn communications while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in both Hindi and English languages is essential.
• Background in telecalling, BPO, lead generation, inside sales, or business development is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain persistence in the face of rejection and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Must have personal access to a laptop, reliable internet service, and a quiet workspace for remote work.
