Role Overview
We seek a Marketing Executive to join our Business Development team targeting the school and higher education sectors in India. This role involves driving educational sales and establishing client relationships through direct interaction and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients by clearly explaining company products and programs.
- Deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate and secure agreements with educational institutions.
- Adhere to reporting guidelines by submitting timely reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) to management.
- Operate within assigned geographical zones or districts designated by the company.
Planning and Reporting Duties
- Create detailed sales plans for the region, including budget and revenue projections.
- Generate and submit various reports to the department head within defined timelines.
- Approach school and college authorities as part of outreach efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in educational product or service sales is essential.
- Willingness to travel locally and to outstation locations.
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu and Hindi) are required.
- Experience working with publication companies and teaching experience will be considered advantageous.
- Must be presentable and professional in demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000.
- Additional incentives provided based on sales performance.
- Daily Allowance (DA), Travel Allowance (TA), and accommodation support provided during travel.
