Business Development Executive (Field)

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Field Business Development Executive responsible for visiting various healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to generate new business possibilities while nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare establishments within designated territories.
• Engage with healthcare professionals including doctors, administrators, and clinic proprietors to promote the company's healthcare products and services.
• Identify and secure new clients by establishing connections through regular field outreach.
• Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with healthcare partners.
• Perform follow-up visits to convert potential leads into secured business accounts.
• Gather client needs and liaise with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
• Document daily visit outcomes and update client information systematically.
• Explore and expand clientele in untapped locations within the healthcare sector.
